Revision of equality law in the provision of goods and services.

From 1 October 2010, most of the Equality Act 2010 will come into force. The Act replaces the existing anti-discrimination legislation, such as the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and the Sex Discrimination Act 1975. Continue reading →
